Lots of memories: meeting new friends, talking and laughing with girlfriend on the oval at lunchtime, first school dance with all grades - meeting friend (soulmate) who is still in contact all these years later, playing hockey and softball, watching the senior boys playing volleyball, playing volleyball to meet the senior boys (haha), classes in the “tin dongers” in summer and sweating all over our schoolwork, great teachers - my geography teacher and business principles teacher were the best!, science experiments that went wrong, oh and who could forget the school band practicing “Smoke on the Water” just about every lunch time 😂 Last day of school - saying goodbye to friends as we all headed off to our chosen careers and hanging with the important person in my life at that time ..... great memories 😊

Bryan Adams - Summer of '69 - "those were the best days of my life" (go on, you know you want to sing it now!) The '74 floods, No uniform yet, Volleyball, a new building every year, First male student in the uniform shirt (My beautiful Mum made it for me when the Teal Blue with white piping material became available), Volleyball, "Senior Student" every year, Volleyball, great dedicated staff (except maybe for some sub-par Principals), Volleyball, Finally a new oval that's not on a 6 degree slope, Volleyball, Calculus - and I have NEVER used it yet, Cadets, Volleyball, calculators and not an iPad in sight (the first iPhone was still 34 years into the future but we still managed, Volleyball, punch-ups in the playground, and a truly memorable last day at the end of Grade 12! I wish I could do it all over again, knowing what I know now!
